Job Description:
1. Project Management

- Creation of Project proposal

  • Visit proposed project site and conduct a study and inspection.
  • Meet with the vendors for plan, quotations or estimates for the project.
  • Organize pictures supporting the need for the project.
  • Frame the final proposal to be submitted to the US office.

 
- Monitoring the project

  • Monitor the progress of the project started up through site inspection and evaluation.
    Evaluate the project through monthly reporting system.
  • Monitoring the accounts of the project. 

 

 - Maintenance of the project

  • Evaluate the project through personal inspection and interrogation with the beneficiaries.
  • Evaluate the project through monthly reporting system.
  • Incorporate self-supportive schemes for partial maintenance of the project.

 

 2. Office Management 

- Management of Personnel

 

  • Plan and delegate work to the employees of the organization.
  • Follow-up of the work in progress, ascertain that the work will be done before the assigned deadline.
  • Scrutinize the quality of work & ensure safe dispatch of the work to the intended.
  • Employee performance monitoring & pay-roll management.
  • Monitoring the work of associate workers from different project locations through reporting. 

 

- Management of Personnel

  • Monitor account maintenance, statements, income and expenditure records.
  • Approval of vendor payments.

 - Office Management

  • Incorporation of new facilities and enhancements in the office.
  • Organizing Employee upgradation programmes.
  • Organizing trust meetings, board meetings and employee meetings.

 

- Co-ordination of work between the Indian and US

  • Set-up of bi-weekly online meetings to discuss plans, strategies and course of action of the organization in synchronization with the US office; Implementation of the same. Organizing Employee upgradation programmes.
  • Monitoring the correspondence between the sponsor and the beneficiaries.
  • Frame itinerary for sponsors visiting India to monitor the welfare work of the organization.

Dates: August - July (1 year)

Qualifications: Should have leadership capabilities; should be able to handle multi-faceted  work; should be able to work flexible timing;  should be well-versed with Microsoft Office Products and certain designing packages; should be interactive and analytical; should have an overview knowledge of cost and accounting.

Cost: Approximately $300 a month.
